1.Introduction of 2 Flanged Ball Valve

In the 2 flange ball valve structure produced by milestone valve company, the flange is connected by bolts, and the seal is made of reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene inlaid into the stainless steel ring. There is no spring at the back of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is close to the ball and keep the seal. There is no PTFE bearing on the upper and lower valve stems to reduce friction and save labor. There is no adjusting plate at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the joint position between the ball and the sealing ring. 2 flanged ball valve is full diameter for pipeline cleaning.

3.Characteristics of 2 Flanged Ball Valve

When the sealing surface of the valve is worn during use, the valve will continue to ensure good sealing performance under the action of spring;
3) 2Flamed ball valve has fireproof structure: in order to prevent the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring from burning due to sudden heat or fire, causing large leakage and fueling the fire, a fireproof sealing ring is set between the ball and the valve seat. When the sealing ring is burned, under the action of spring force, the sealing ring of the valve seat is quickly pushed to the ball to form metal to metal seal, Play a certain degree of sealing effect.
4) 2 Flanged Ball Valve has a drain line： when the pressure of the stagnant medium in the valve cavity rises abnormally and exceeds the preload of the spring, the valve seat will retreat from the ball to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief, and the valve seat will reset automatically after pressure relief.
