Forged steel ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. Forged steel ball valve only needs to rotate 90 degrees and a small torque to close tightly.
Forged steel ball valve is suitable to be used as switch and cut-off valve, but in recent development, ball valve has been designed for throttling and flow control, such as V-type ball valve.
