Introduction of Several Kinds of Stainless Steel Gate Valves

1. Single wedge gate
1) The structure is simpler than that of elastic gate valve;
2) At higher temperature, the sealing performance is not as good as elastic gate valve or double gate valve;

3) It is subitale for high temperature medium which is easy to coking.

2. Elastic RAM
It is a special form of wedge single ram. Compared with wedge gate valve, it has good sealing performance at high temperature, and the gate is not easy to be stuck after being heated; It is suitable for steam, high temperature oil, oil gas and other media, and it is also suitable for frequent switching parts. It is not suitable for medium easy to coking.
3. Double ram
1) The sealing performance of wedge gate valve is better than that of wedge gate valve. For example, when the oblique angle of sealing surface and seat fit are not very accurate, it still has good sealing performance;
2) When the sealing surface of the ram is worn, the metal pad at the bottom of the spherical top core can be replaced by a thicker one. Generally, there is no need to weld and grind the sealing surface, which is difficult for single ram and elastic ram;
3) There are more parts than other types of gate valves;
4) In addition to steam, oil and other media, it is also suitable for frequently switched parts and media with large wear on the sealing surface. It is not suitable for media easy to coking.

4. Parallel form
1) The sealing performance is worse than other types of gate valves;
2) Suitable for medium with low temperature and pressure;
3) Except that the ram with fixed plate on the two ram is not easy to fall off, the Ram fixed with lead wire is easy to fall off and unreliable;
4) The processing and maintenance of the sealing surface of the gate and valve seat are simpler than other types of gate valves.
