Operation Standard of Electric Gate Valve

1.Before launching the gate valve, check whether the bolts of each part are tight.
2.All filling cups and oil holes must be filled with lubricating oil, and all the stop valves of the water inlet and outlet and exhaust pipes must be opened.
3.When the gate valve is initiated, the steam control valve must be gradually opened so that the valve is gradually initiated.
4.After the gate valve is initiated, if it is found to be malfunctioning, the vehicle must be checked immediately for the reason, and the operation can be initiated after correction.
5.After the gate valve stops working, the upper oil cup of the cylinder must be closed.
6.The valve must be kept clean at all times, and no objects should be placed on the valve body.

7.When the valve is in use, fill the oil hole with lubricating oil every half an hour, and there should be lubricating oil in the oil cup of the steam chamber.
