1.Introduction of Silent Check Valve

Silent check valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, guide body, valve disc, bearing, spring and other main parts. Streamline design is adopted for internal passage to minimize pressure loss. The valve disc has a very short starting and closing stroke, which can be quickly closed when the pump is stopped to prevent huge water hammer sound, and has the characteristics of silent closing.
Silent check valve is mainly used in water supply and drainage, fire fighting, HVAC system. Silent check valve can be installed at the outlet of water pump, which can prevent medium backflow and water hammer damage to the pump.

1. Both ends of the path of the silent check valve should be blocked. It should be in a dry and ventilated room. If it is stored for a long time, it should be checked frequently for anti-corrosion.
2. The valve shall be cleaned before installation.
3. When installing the silent check valve, it is necessary to carefully check whether the label on the valve meet the use requirements.
4. The silent check valve is installed on the horizontal pipeline with the valve cover upward.
5. Silent check valve should not be used for medium with solid particles and high viscosity

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check the quality, Mixed sample are accepted.
