1.Introduction of High Performance Butterfly Valve

High performance butterfly valve has super unique product structure and special floating seat design. According to the direction of pressure source, high performance butterfly can automatically adjust the seat position to achieve the effect of double-sided pressure holding of the valve, and increase the service life of the valve seat. The service life of the valve seat can reach more than 500,000 times. The special dust-proof design of the valve shaft prevents the fluid from entering the valve shaft and causing the valve shaft stuck.

2.Material of High Performance Butterfly Valve

High performance butterfly valve can be made of different materials and properties according to different working conditions. PTFE, rtfe, peek, metal and other materials are used for valve seat, which is suitable for petrochemical, oil refining, air separation, CDA and other working conditions.

1. Unique structure, double side pressure holding design, valve strength in accordance with ASME B16.34, API 598
2. Patent structure of full series pressure ring, super reliable sealing.
3. The whole series of anti-static guiding device is of structure and ultra small operating torque.
4. Explosion proof certification: ATEX 94/9/ce group II category 2 GD
5. The full caliber passes the fire test provisions of API 607, and it is fireproof under special conditions and has a long service life.
6. Metal seat leakage class in accordance with ANSI FCI 70-2-2003 Table 1 class IV
7. The valve shaft escape meets EPA method 21 test and ta-loft emission requirements (options)
8. The connection mode includes the clamp type and the single flange type.
