Compound exhaust valve is a kind of floating ball exhaust valve made by Bernoulli's theory, which can keep fully open under the air flow. When the solid water column rises, the floating ball can float immediately and close the exhaust port tightly. Compound exhaust valve adopts a specific diameter of floating ball, so that the aerodynamic force generated by it can keep the floating ball open when the air flows through, and the buoyancy generated when the solid water column rises can make it float again. With a cone at an appropriate angle at the inlet, the exhaust port will not be blocked no matter how high the air pressure or the air velocity.

Compound exhaust valve is installed in the place where high-speed air intake and exhaust are possible. When water is filled, the air in the pipeline is discharged at high speed. When the pipeline is emptied, the air is inhaled to keep the drainage unobstructed. When the pipeline is working normally, the air precipitated can be continuously discharged. When it is possible to produce water hammer, air will enter automatically and negative pressure will be generated on the wall to prevent or slow down the harm of water hammer.

2) In case of power failure or pump shutdown during the operation of the pipeline, the negative pressure of the pipeline in time will cause vibration or breakage of the pipeline. Compound exhaust valve will quickly suck air into the pipeline to prevent vibration or breakage of the pipeline.
